All of the utilities with exception of telephone, and television will be included. The reason for these utilities to not be included is logistical reasons. It would have been too complicated to have a very limited rate plan, and then program a telephony server to maybe issue out 500 minutes to everyone, especially on a large building life FSP Tower. Since I couldn’t give the benefit to every tenant, then I won’t issue the benefit to any of my residences. As for TV, there is a $10-$20 cable box rental fee that would be required. Some tenants may not be able to afford that box fee, and if the realty was to pay for the box fee after providing for television services, it just doesn’t make sense.
Most people have a cellular phone. If you however will move to here, and you currently have POTS? for your home phone, then you would need SIP?. You would be able to use the unit’s Grandstream WP810 for your home phone just by providing credentials to the representative, or entering them on your own through a web admin panel.
For television, you would have to consider either an antenna, if you want cable TV, consider IPTV?. If you would rather just have OTA? TV, then there will be an ethernet jack next to the window sill. You can plug a Tablo into the ethernet jack, and the antenna into the Tablo. As long as you have a smartTV, you should be able to use the Tablo app to watch live or recorded television. All other utilities are included.
