The layout will be simple. The basement will be utilities, and a laundry room. The first floor will be entry, mail area, garbage dump, office and manager’s apartment. Floors 2-6 will be SRO?s which will generate a good amount of either good will or some income. The roof will be solar panels, and nothing much else. This will help generate much of the electricity the building will need.
