The building will have 30 SRO?s on each of the 5 floors. This will be 150 SROs for the entire building, and might be an option for housing for those that have no other options. On the front and back, there will be 10 units. On the sides, there will be 5 units. If you would find that $750 is too much, and you are considered as low income, you can apply for subsidization on your SRO until you can move into a Studio or 1B apartment.
You can learn more about the SROs by going to https://fsp.homes/sros. There you would find out the layout, and the subsidy program provided by FSP Realty for FSP Realty’s SROs. While I don’t see the rationale, I am sure there will be some that would actually prefer to living in an SRO. The rationale eludes me though.
